Katy Talikowska is the CEO of The Valuable 500, renowned for her significant contributions to the initiative, which she co-launched with Dr. Caroline Casey at Davos 2019. With over a decade of experience at BBDO, Katy held several leadership roles, including Chief Client Officer, Chair of the BBDO EMEA Talent Engagement Council, and Head of Account Management and Managing Partner. She was instrumental in the groundbreaking 2016 Maltesers Disability Campaign, which not only won prestigious awards but also became Maltesers' most successful campaign in 18 years.

Katy’s expertise spans multi-disciplinary communications across 25 markets, including her role as the Global Omnicom Lead for Rexona. Recognized as a Global Marketing Trailblazer of 2019, she currently serves as a Leadership Mentor for Disability Rights UK. More recently, Katy has made impactful contributions to the executive leadership team at PINWHEEL, a corporate sustainability company.
