Meg Donnelly Seary
Meg is an experienced brand strategist who has led global teams at Nike, ClassPass, and The Nue Co. She later became CEO of Jennis, where she partnered with Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill to launch the first app that uses an algorithm to personalize training based on the menstrual cycle. Under her leadership, Jennis raised £1.6 million in VC funding, built a team of 14, and launched the app, which was featured in major UK publications like Vogue, Elle, Refinery29, and The Telegraph.
Today, Meg runs her own company, focusing on coaching and mentoring female founders, with a special emphasis on brand strategy. She also hosts Unretreat, a quarterly event where women come together to connect, reflect, and support one another.
