Sarah Ellis Davies is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and marketing expert with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, strategic growth, and brand transformation across enterprises, startups, and scale-ups. Beginning her career in top global advertising agencies, she played a pivotal role in building some of the world’s most iconic brands.

Sarah later led innovation at O2 and Telefónica before co-founding a brand strategy and business innovation consultancy, partnering with a marketing tech investment fund. Throughout her career, she has focused on sustainable business development, guiding initiatives such as the sustainable product development program at Danone and spearheading the O2 ThinkBig program.

Her work has also had a profound social impact, serving as a strategic advisor to the Dove Self-Esteem Project, influencing positive legislation, and developing initiatives for The Global Goals presented at COP26. She has also advised on scaling The Earthshot Prize. Currently, she is completing the CISL Business Development Program, further advancing her commitment to sustainable innovation.
