Responsibilities

• Execute a PR strategy which enhances the reach and reputation of the brand, whilst supporting revenue goals whilst ensuring PR campaigns and activations are innovative and tone setting

• Deliver high-quality coverage that communicates the full scope of the brand and it’s values.

• Drive and generate brand feature placement in key consumer and business media targets. With the support of the in-house team and external agencies to generate regular coverage across online, offline, blogs and social, to support both .com and retail, to ensure the brand is top of mind in our category.

• Take ownership of launching new collections and stores to market from a comms perspective, by delivering media timelines and strategies, press releases and influencer relations.

• Own and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers in UK and beyond – relationships with press and influencers are paramount to ensure brand awareness.

• Seamlessly integrate PR with the overall brand and marketing strategies, ensuring business objectives are always prioritised, and advise teams on how ideas can be elevated through PR.

• Manage the PR Executive and Senior APAC Marketing Executive to success through supporting them in their continued professional development.

• Develop and drive global influencer and creator marketing strategies that support brand initiatives with a focus on brand building, storytelling, cultural relevance and relevant consumer engagement

• Identify innovative new influencer and creator partnerships and initiatives that support and amplify broader marketing campaigns as well as experiential activations (e.g., pop up events)

• Managing campaign roll-out and storytelling on influencers channels, taking into account cadence and audience for each project and ensuring high quality content creation

• Overseeing measurement and reporting; drive, track and report on keys KPIs, including reach, engagement and conversions by campaign, aligned to broader campaign and business goals

• Manage the budget and cost allocation for projects, to understand and lead cost-saving action plans

• Working with our Founder & Creative Director to drive innovative thinking through partnership opportunities

• Identifying our preferred partnerships against our marketing strategy

• Forging strong relationships across different industries to know who is doing what

• Having your finger on the pulse about industry/market trends

• Negotiating or securing brand partnerships (sometimes in collaboration with our internal teams)

• Managing the relationships and executing campaigns delivering to our needs and partner promises

• Ensuring partnerships support our strategic goals including content, social media, PR and commercial performance

• Lead campaigns to ensure the brand is seen as a respected and responsible brand and be able to manage any crisis comms that may arise.

• Provide insightful reporting for the leadership team, stakeholders and wider marketing teams, through monthly reports and project wrap-ups to evaluate the success of projects.

• Be able to confidently communicate and influence a variety of stakeholders when and where required.

• Provide strategic and tactical support to the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to department-wide global planning, pro-actively inspiring and motivating the wider brand team.

• Lead on planning and delivery of events, activations, press/influencer trips coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Manage PR marketing budget and agency relationships for effective campaign execution and ROI.

Salary

£70k+

Location

London. In office 3 days (Tuesday – Thursday) and WFH 2 days (Monday and Friday)
