Anjuli is the Founder of Sustainable Business Ventures. SBV's purpose is to enable businesses, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to integrate sustainability into their core operations, leveraging it as a competitive edge; through identifying opportunities that future proof their business models and positively impact the world.

Anjuli has two decades of diverse business experience across multiple sectors and industries which she draws on to guide organisations delivering pragmatic and impactful solutions that seamlessly integrate sustainability. She began her career working for top tier global consultancies and within banking (in both Regional Change and COO roles), before transitioning into the SME sector where she has held multiple C-suite positions in smaller firms across the UK, Europe and Asia.

Anjuli always takes a holistic approach, looking to consider direct and indirect implications of any decisions. Having spent twelve years in Asia, in addition to working in the UK and Europe, Anjuli leads with empathy and cultural sensitivity, focusing on building trust-based relationships; supporting individuals to realise personal potential; and unifying teams across functional, organisational and jurisdictional boundaries.

Anjuli is also an Assessor for Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership's Climate Change course grading multiple cohorts each year as well as acting as Secretariat for the Implementors’ Group of PAS808, which is now in the rigorous process to become a new international standard, ISO37011 for Purpose Driven Organisations.
