Chandeep has 20 years experience in technology, web & digital working as a developer, consultant and technical lead on website projects for University of Oxford, Christian Aid, National Grid, The United Nations & UNICEF Switzerland.

He is a supporter and advocate of diversity in the workplace, particularly in supporting and mentoring early careers talent, women, mothers and refugees with digital skills. In his current role as Founder & CEO / CTO, he leads a team of developers, designers, strategists and marketers in working with charities, membership associations and startups.
