Aparna Bangur is a dynamic marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in London, originally hailing from India. Driven by curiosity and intuition, she is passionate about creating engaging work that resonates with audiences. Throughout her career, Aparna has worked at renowned agencies such as Ogilvy, Dentsu, McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, and T&Pm, collaborating with iconic brands like Dove, Hellmann’s, Expedia, AMEX, Dettol, VW, and British Gas.
In addition to her agency experience, Aparna has led brand transformation strategies for companies backed by Blackstone, guiding them to successful IPOs. She has also served as Creative Strategy Lead at Google, where she helped brands and agencies creatively leverage technology platforms.
Aparna’s expertise spans major brand campaigns, positioning strategies, new product launches, and transitioning traditional brands to new platforms. She is also the author of a children’s book on autism, founder of a startup, and has dedicated time to pro bono consulting for charities. As a mentor with MEFA and NABS, she supports the next generation of marketing leaders, and has been an Effies judge for three years.
