Romilly Martin is the founder of The Impossible Bottle, a consultancy for brands and agencies delivering creative projects with cultural and community impact.

With 25 years of experience, she has worked with Sony Music, the Nike Foundation, Village Underground, The Hoxton, and Minor Figures.

In 2021, she launched The Impossible Bottle to help brands uncover their unique "secret sauce."
